Refund policy

Return Policy: Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unopened items returned after 30 days from the purchase date qualify for a store credit (80% of the total product cost after tax, excluding shipping costs). Returned items are to be shipped to Downtown Sewing at the buyers expense. 

Opened items are not eligible for return or refund.
