Skill Level Guide

Complete Beginner - You have never used a sewing machine at all.

Confident Beginner - You know how to thread your machine and sew basic stitches. Maybe you have tried sewing a project or two. If you recently took a 'Beginner Sewing' class at Downtown Sewing, you are in this category. 

Intermediate - You have some projects under your belt. You are very familiar with your machine and sew somewhat regularly. 

Advanced - You sew regularly and have completed fully detailed garments/quilts/bags/projects. 

Professional - You draft your own patterns, and/or sew professionally. Maybe you went to fashion school. Unfortunately, we may not have many suitable offerings.
